傅俊，武汉电动汽车示范运营有限公司董事长。傅俊认为电动汽车未来的方向一定是商业化，我们以此为目标成立了“商业化”运营公司。初期的定位主要有两方面：展示车辆及考核车辆。随着电动汽车不断的成熟和车型不断的丰富，我们从5台车起步发展到现在拥有800+辆车，取得了长足的进步，并在多领域总结了比较全面的运营模式理论。电动车目前还在导入期和市场前期，按我们的想法会在5年左右达10%这一水平。武汉的公交车领域考虑使用纯电动公交车和轿车。客车计划用于出租车领域，主要是做政府公务车的租赁。从公司角度来说，通过运行电动汽车得以生存并发展，早期03-05年国内成立了多家示范运营公司，可能因为商业模式问题未解决好，基本处于消眠或半消眠状态了，我们公司继续的存在并发展，证明了商业价值是可行的。
