姜绍通(1954-)，男，合肥工业大学教授，博士生导师，享受国务院政府特殊津贴。中国机械工业科技专家，省部跨世纪学科带头人，国家科技支撑计划、863项目评审专家。现任合肥工业大学生物与食品工程学院院长，农产品分离工程研究所所长。

刘景圣

刘景圣，男，汉族，1964年10月生，中共党员，在职研究生学历。现任吉林农业大学副校长。主要从事乳品科学与功能性食品方面的教学与科研工作。承担本科生与研究生的《乳与乳制品工艺学》、《乳品科学》、《食品科学》等课程。在科研工作方面，完成省、市科委科研项目4项，横向攻关课题2项。现主持国家自然基金1项、省科技发展项目2项，参加课题研究4项，主持横向攻关项目4项、转让技术成果3项。在核心期刊发表学术论文10多篇，主编与参编全国"十五"规划教材《功能性食品》等著作5部，先后指导硕士研究生30余人。在科研和学术方面，主攻方向是乳品科学和功能性食品以及长白山野生资源的开发和利用等，取得了显著的科研成果，在国内相同研究领域中处于先进水平，产生了重要影响。多年来与美国、日本、俄罗斯、乌克兰、白俄罗斯等国的相关大学和研究机构开展了广泛的项目交流与合作研究。在发酵乳制品和大豆深加工方面取得了良好的研究进展。
