Pei Ye has diverse scientific backgrounds with over 20 years’ experience in research and multiple operation areas of the biopharmaceutical industries in U.S. Her experience includes Molecular biology, cell line development, process and medium development, technical transfer, process validation, and IND submission. She also has experiences on commission and operation of pilot and cGMP manufacturing facilities to produce pre-clinical and clinical materials. Prior to join Mabworks in 2012, Pei served as a senior manager of upstream process development and clinical manufacturing at Laureate BioPharma, now Patheon, a full service pharmaceutical manufacturing and development company in Princeton, New Jersey and had successfully led the team working on various novel and biosimilar biologic products including enzymes, fusion proteins and monoclonal antibodies. She currently works at Mabworks as vice president in charge of cell culture and manufacturing.
